This is a nice house with awesome views of the Pagosa Peak, borders National Forest close to Lake Hatcher West of town, and about 10 minutes from town and about 35 minutes to the ski area.

The home is a 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bath, sleeps 10 people in a king bed in the master, queen bed in second bedroom, queen bed in the third, there is also a sofa sleeper in loft and one in living area. There is a crib! There is also a queen air mattress for your usage also.

The master bathroom has a garden tub and a shower. The bath downstairs has a tub and shower. The nice kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and everything to cook. The living area is nicely furnished with lots of new furnishings, Sat. TV, VCR, gas log fireplace and comfortable seating. The dining area has 2 leafs for the dining room table.

The home has a full size washer and dryer and a 2 car garage.
